Are you ready to help give voice to the largest mobile gaming community in Latin America?

Wildlife Studios' Marketing team is looking for a Social & Community Intern to support the management of social media channels and community initiatives for our Live Games. We are seeking someone with creative drive, analytical curiosity, and a strong eagerness to learn how connecting player feedback directly to product strategy fuels game growth.

In this role, you will play an active part in supporting day-to-day content planning and execution, learning firsthand how to measure the business impact of social actions in a performance-driven environment.

What you'll do

  • Support the Social Calendar: Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across key platforms including Discord, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, YouTube, and X.
  • Community Engagement & Moderation: Monitor official channels, support Discord server moderation, and assist in driving authentic engagement with our player community.
  • Player Feedback Loop: Help gather and organize community sentiment and player feedback into actionable reports for product teams.
  • Analytical Support: Assist in tracking and organizing core social metrics (reach, engagement, tracking links/UTMs) to evaluate publication performance.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate briefings and facilitate communication between internal art teams, partner agencies, and content creators.
  • Bot & Automation Setup: Support basic setup and maintenance of bots, webhooks, and moderation tools on Discord and social platforms.

What you'll need

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
  • Active presence on and passion for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Discord, X, YouTube).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious, proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn basic performance data analysis.
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to manage daily deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Passion for mobile games and the wider gaming/entertainment industry.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken), as our game channels reach global audiences.
  • Basic skills in image/video editing or content creation (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Discord setup (server management, roles, bots).

More about you

  • Proactive Learner: Eager to get hands-on experience and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathetic Communicator: Natural ability to adopt brand voice and connect authentically with gamers.
  • Organized: Skilled at managing tasks efficiently amid shifting priorities.
