About You

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Manager to join our Global Experiential Marketing team. In this role, you will support the operational backbone of our event planning, delivery, and post-event evaluation processes, working closely with global stakeholders to ensure our processes are followed consistently. You will assist in maintaining and refining our operating processes as needed. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in marketing or event management is advantageous, but not required. As part of the role you will be collaborating with internal teams on event marketing and operational activities. Excellent communication skills and understanding of the English language is required.

This is an office based position in our Berlin office; depending on the location of the right candidate, remote working in the UK or CEST timezone would be considered. As this is a global role some out of hours working will be required. This role would rarely require any travel.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in working in the Games, Tech or Software industry and be eager to build a career in operations and event delivery support.

Please note this is not an events manager role and no event management or event planning is required.
