We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Bullet Echo team.

In this role, you will combine strong operational management with a focus on developing and improving processes. You will work closely with a development team, ensure effective day-to-day operations, and identify opportunities to make the way we work more efficient and structured.

What you'll do

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a development team and ensure effective coordination across functions.
  • Own and improve operational processes within your area of responsibility.
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and drive improvements from idea to implementation.
  • Work with the team and management to set priorities, goals, and ways of working.
  • Participate in people management, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Contribute to competency matrices and clear expectations for different roles within the team.
  • Work with budgets, invoices, and other operational processes.
  • Explore and implement AI and other modern tools to improve management and operational processes.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience managing a development team with ownership of delivery.
  • Experience in GameDev is a must.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary development teams.
  • Strong operational management and process improvement skills.
  • Understanding of Agile and common project management approaches.
  • Strong structured thinking and the ability to understand cause-and-effect relationships.
  • High flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Experience in people and performance management.
  • Ability to set clear expectations and establish appropriate evaluation criteria before assessing performance.
  • Experience with competency frameworks, goal setting, feedback, and employee development.
  • Experience with budgets and invoices will be a plus.
  • Interest in AI and new approaches to management and operational processes.
  • Fluency in both English and Russian would be considered an advantage.

Why this role is interesting

  • Opportunity to work on a large and complex multiplayer project — Bullet Echo.
  • Opportunity to work with an experienced development team and influence how it operates.
  • Room for experimentation: you will be encouraged to explore new approaches and AI-powered tools to improve the way the team works.
  • A combination of operational management and process development.
